Norton Engineering Works, incorporated in 1956, started with the primary objective of providing the industrial woodworking machinery and belt sander machine which all are globally praised for their lastingness. We are one of the paramount belt sander machine manufacturers and knife grinding machine suppliers, incepted in India. Presently, we are also working with some other industrial machines like tenoning machine, knife grinder machine etc., which all strictly work on the state-of-the-art technology.
M/s Norton Engineering Work was founded in 1956 by S. Joginder Singh, B.E. (Mech.) and started manufacturing conventional type small wood-working machines like belt sander machine etc. Gradually we added some other wood-working machines to our production range. In order to cater to the ever increasing demand of our quality products, we not only started our own mechanized foundry unit capable of making simple as well as intricate C I castings but also added designing and quality control departments for the manufacture of a wide range of most modern, multi-operational and special purpose wood-working machines of about 30 different types and sizes for covering a good variety of automatic operations as well as highly precision machine tools like lathes. We manufacture wide range of industrial woodworking machinery as well as belt sander machine which all are widely praised for their high level of strength.
The quality of our products is controlled right from designing up to packing under direct supervision of highly experienced personnel with strict stage inspection and with the help of Government machine tool institute located in our town Batala.
